ABOUT METAMORFOSA
Metamorfosa Sdn Bhd is a boutique consultancy that adopts an immersive and integrated approach to offer bespoke, customised solutions in facilitating clients to achieve their transformation goals. At the heart of the company philosophy is the belief in the power of transformation within individuals, brands, companies and organisations.
Meet the Founders

Metamorfosa Sdn Bhd was founded by Rozina Aziz and Kudsia Kahar, former C-level executives with a combined corporate experience of 60 years across the TV, radio, news, entertainment home shopping, e-commerce and investment industries.
Their experience spans executive management, corporate start-ups, content creation and management, brand and marketing, strategic communication, regulatory, customer experience and management as well as operations.
Rozina Aziz
Co-Founder, CEO & Chief Transformation Officer

Rozina is a dynamic and versatile business leader with a 30-year cross-functional experience in TV home shopping, e-commerce, broadcast, news, media, entertainment, digital and investment.
​
Her passion for spearheading start-ups led her to the roles of Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Analytics, Customer Experience and Management of Astro's Go Shop and Vice President of Astro Awani TV and Digital News where she launched and ran the news organisation. She was a pioneer of the Astro TV business. Rozina was also a leading pioneer member of Akademi Fantasia, Malaysia's most successful reality TV show, and instrumental in transforming the brand into a successful 360 degree content asset.

An economics graduate from Cambridge University, United Kingdom and alumnus of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Programme, Rozina is also an ICF-certified leadership coach and HRDF-certified trainer.
Kudsia Kahar
Co-Founder, MD & Chief Enrichment Officer

Kudsia Kahar is a name synonymous with the Malaysian commercial radio industry, with 30 years of traditional and digital broadcasting experience with the Astro and Star Media Groups. She conceptualised, launched and managed the country’s number one stations like Hitz, ERA and Sinar FM, taking them from start-up stage to super brand status in less than two years. She was also the first female President of Commercial Radio Malaysia, the country’s only professional body for the industry.

A former C-Suite executive, Kudsia is highly experienced in content creation, media management and audience experiential events. She underwent a stint with Austereo or Village Roadshow Radio Network, Australia (now known as Southern Cross Austereo).
She completed the Harvard Business School Senior Management Development Programme and has a Bachelors in Mass Communication (Journalism) from Universiti Institut Teknologi Mara. She also attended L’Institute Catholique de Paris. Kudsia is an accomplished speaker and an HDRF-certified trainer.

Muzaffar Mustapa
Director of Strategy, Digital and Social Media

A pioneer in the Malaysian blogging scene, Muzaffar brings with him extensive experience, technical know-how and social media influence. He is well-known as a key opinion leader in the local digital media scene.
​
Muzaffar has 20 years of digital experience with major media players Astro AWANI, Astro Malaysia and Media Prima. He was a pioneer member of the new media team during Astro AWANI’s foray into the digital space and was a digital news editor and entertainment host and journalist.
​
In 2019, he forged his path as an entrepreneur, founding a consultancy specialising in big data, digital, mobile, social media and ICT.
Muzaffar is a social media commentator in politics, entertainment and the arts. In his free time, he contributes to local and global online platforms. He is a certified HRDF-trainer.
Shein Shanin
Director, International Business Development

A lawyer by training, Shein is an experienced journalist, producer and news anchor, having worked for Astro Awani, The Edge TV, Bloomberg TV Malaysia and UNRESERVED Media. As an anchor, she helmed the daily English news, delivered business and market news as well as managed a magazine programme.
Armed with nearly a decade of editorial and broadcasting experience, Shein has a flair for communication and can consult clients on a wide range of topics ranging from business to lifestyle, as well as how to communicate effectively in a diverse array of styles.
Shein read law at the University of Westminster, United Kingdom and subsequently completed her Masters in Legal Practice at BPP London (Holborn). She was a scholar of Astro Malaysia.
Jeslina Hashim
Director of Image and Celebrity Stylist

Jeslina Hashim is a celebrity stylist who has been in the fashion industry for over 10 years. Her passion for fashion has led her down the path to becoming an entrepreneur, with her own line of jewellery, Bhatoo by Jeslina Hashim - which she hand makes in her own studio, BOND by Jeslina Hashim - a range of leather and silk obi belts and lastly, her very own clothing line. She also co-owns and runs J&M Boutique in Kuala Lumpur with her business partner, Tunku Datin Myra Tunku Mudzaffar.
Jeslina first burst into the local media industry in 1999 as a recording artist with a self-titled album under the recording label Form Records. She has had starring roles in feature films, winning a few awards along the way.
Mikhail Iskandar Hanafi
Lead Disruptor and Certified Trainer​

Mikhail Hanafi brings a youthful perspective to the Metamorfosa team. He combines creativity, curiosity, agility and a passion for content creation. At 24 years old, he displays maturity and emotional intelligence, and is comfortable in leadership roles and as a team player.
​
At university, Mikhail threw himself into journalism and media, gaining invaluable editorial leadership experience at The Gryphon, the United Kingdom’s most awarded student newspaper. He also enjoyed a stint with BFM 89.9 as well as a number of hosting and producing roles for Leeds Student Radio. Mikhail has a flair for content creation (including writing music and publishing his songs), with a broad range of media and communication skills.

Mikhail has a degree in Sociology and International Relations from the University of Leeds and is a HRDF-certified trainer.
